Wow this is my favourite lauk...... "SOTONG MASAK HITAM"

Ingredients:
sotong 1 kilo
Bersih kan sotong pisah kan kepala nye dan buang tulang, (hati2 hitam nye jgn pecah nanti messy)

bawang merah 1
bawang putih 5
cili kering 10
belacan 1 cm
halia 2 cm
kunyit 1 sudu teh
*dikisar/blend
=======================
serai 1 (dititik)
asam 1 sudu makan (rendam dan ambil air)
lada hitam 1 sudu makan ditumbuk
garam
gula
perasa

Directions:
1. Tumis kan bahan2 kisar dan masuk kan serai hingga betul2 garing bahan2 tu.
2. tambah kan air hingga stengah periok kacau masuk kan lada hitam, garam, gula dan perasa dan air asam tadi.
3. masuk kan sotong kacau hingga kuah bertukar menjadi warna hitam, biarkan hingga sotong masak.
